1.RESERVATION:
 
A holiday house can only be reserved by payment of a deposit of 30% with a minimum of 150 euro. This can be done in cash at our office or, for reservations by telephone, e-mail or website, by bank transfer. We don’t accept credit cards.


2.BALANCE
 
The rest of the rent, the good housekeeping bond and the other costs that are mentioned on the lease, have to be paid 15 days before the beginning of the renting period.
 
 
3.GOOD HOUSEKEEPING BOND
 
The amount of the bond depends on the rented property and the renting period. It varies between 100 euro and 500 euro. The refunding of the guarantee is done within 2 months after your departure. It's never refunded on site, the refund is always done by bank transfer.

5.EXPENDITURE:
 
Apartments:
  • during the periods with code C, D, E and F: all expenditure costs are inclusive.
  • during the periods with code A, B, G and H: all expenditure costs are exclusive.
Villa’s: expenditure costs are always exclusive.
 
 
6.CLEANING:
 
The cleaning costs are INCLUDED in the rental price. The dishes ALWAYS have to be done by the renter, the same applies for the dish-washer, the dish-washer has to be emptied by the renter. If this is not done, extra costs will be counted.
 
 
7.FURNITURE
 
The furniture of the rented house is not to be moved. If, after your departure, we have to replace the furniture in it's original place, extra costs will be counted.
 
 
8.BEGINNING AND END OF THE RENTING PERIOD
 
The renting period for the apartments is from 4pm the first day until 10am the last day. The villa’s are from 11am until 11am. When the departure hours are not kept, it disturbs the planning of our cleaning crews and a fine can be counted. Collecting the keys is only possible during the office hours.
 
 
9.NUMBER OF PERSONS
 
The number of persons that can stay in the apartment or villa is determined by the number of beds. 
 
 
10.LINEN
 
Sheets, table linen and towels are NOT present. 
 
 
11.HOUSEHOLD RUBBISH
 
MUST be in rubbish bags from the city of De Haan, if this is not respected extra costs will be counted. These bags are for sale in the office of tourism, the town hall or in the supermarket. The collection of the yellow bags (household rubbish) happens on MONDAY. For the collection of the blue bags (plastic) you can consult the calendar you receive with collection of your keys. If there's not a collection the day of your departure, you can deposit the bags, without costs, in the park with containers of the city De Haan. The day of your departure, you can let max. 1 bag in the house for the cleaning crew to collect.
 
 
12.PETS/SMOKING
 
Pets are only allowed when you have written permission from the office. We ask you to respect the none-smoking rule in all our houses. 
 
 
13.VISITS AND POSTERS
 
To allow further renting, the tenant can not remove the posters and must allow visits from the agency between 2pm and 5pm.  
 
 
14.INVENTORY
 
The tenant is asked to check everything in the apartment or house thoroughly and report any remarks or damage within 48 hours after arrival. The tenant must understand that it’s impossible for the agency to check everything. If you have any problems during your stay we would like to ask you to inform us before 3 pm, after 3 pm we can't guarantee the problem will be solved the same day.
 
 
15.FURTHER RENTING OR SUB RENTING
 
The tenant can’t rent the apartment or house out to a 3rd party or let other people dispose of the apartment or house. Also forbidden is any trading as well as the placement of advertising signs. When the tenant can’t move into the house/apartment for any reason, he stays responsible for the rent as long as the house/apartment isn’t rented out to a 3rd party. When the property can be rented further there will be 25 euro charged for office costs.
 
 
16.INSURANCE FOR ANNULATION AND HOLIDAY INTERRUPTION
 
Included in your rent price is an insurance for annulation.
